4-H Weekly Drawing Contest

This Contest was created by Becca Cornwall, Crawford County 4-H Art Project Jr. Leader

WE thought that we would keep the fun rolling with a Fall Drawing Challenge! There are a couple of differences between the fall drawing challenge and the summer drawing challenge. These hae been put into place because of school and work schedules taht have changed in the past few weeks.

  1. The Drawing Challenge is now bi-weekly. Drawing are still due on Sundays to Amy, you will now have 2 weeks to work on your drawing. The drawings are due by the date listed with the challenge.
  2. There will also be a contes among each grade level. Please submit you grade with your drawing. The groups will be: Cloverbud (grades K-2), grades 3-5, grades 6-8, and grades 9 and up.

Challenges (all drawings are due on the Sundays listed)

September 20th: Transportation
Cars, Trains, planes, boats or any other mode of transportation that you can think of.

October 4th: 4-H
Show us your favorite thing about 4-H.

October 18th: Inktober
Inktober is a drawing challenge that takes place in the month of October. There is a daily challenge and you ahve to draw a pidctue for each challenge using only ink. So for this challenge we want to see your drwing using only ink. You can use pens or markers, and can draw what you want, but you can only use ink. 

November 1st: Fall
Show us your favorite thing about fall

NOvember 15th: Thanksgiving
Draw a picture of waht you are thankful for

November 29th: Winter Fun!
Draw a winter activity that you enjoy

December 13th: Christmas
Tis the season! Draw something that you love about Christmas.

Take a picture of your drawing and submit it to Amy Mitchell at amy.mitchell@wisc.edu by Sunday nights at midnight of each week. The pictures will then be sent on to Becca and will be posted and judged. Good Luck!
