What is the Family Check-Up?
We’re pleased to introduce the Family Check-Up, a new way to support and strengthen families in Crawford County.
This program offers a personalized, strengths-based approach to parenting. Together, we focus on what your family is already doing well, while exploring practical strategies to support everyday success.
Through the Family Check-Up, families can:
- Create consistent daily routines
- Support positive child behavior
- Strengthen parent-child relationships
- Build confidence in parenting skills
Each experience is tailored to your family’s unique goals and needs.
How It Works
Getting Started is Easy
Choose the option that works best for you:
Option 1: Self-Guided (Statewide Sign-Up)
Complete the Family Check-Up Interest Form online to get started on your own.
This option is contactless and connects you with the statewide program.
Option 2: Crawford County Support & Coaching
If you would like local guidance, help navigating the process, or coaching support, you can sign up and work directly with a Crawford County provider.
Option 3: Connect with UW–Extension
Prefer one-on-one support?
You can schedule time with the UW–Extension HDR Educator to get help getting started or to learn more about the program.
