Strong Bodies

UW Madison – Division of Extension is offering a new session of virtual StrongBodies classes on ZOOM.
Strength training has been shown to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and arthritis.
Strength training also increases strength, muscle mass, and bone density.
Join us to start or continue moving and strength building!

What: 8 -Week Online StrongBodies Class     When: Class begins April 5 – May 26 @ 9:00 –10:00 Tues. & Thurs.
*Health and nutrition discussions will be offered following each class*

You may choose to attend the zoom classes 1) from home or 2)  join others by by joining others, in-person, (hybrid zoom version) at the Crawford County Administration Building, Prairie du Chien, WI. 

For anyone choosing to attend the classes in person, to be able to do so, after you’ve registered through the Registration link (below), you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from the state. You must then contact the Extension Office at 608-326-0223 or by e-mail  karen.snitker@wisc.edu and tell us the passcode included in your confirmation e-mail.
